Jiangxi Runquan Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Runquan Science and Technology") was jointly established by Jiangxi Water Resources Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Muhua Material Technology Co., Ltd. It completed industrial and commercial registration on May 7, 2022, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Jiangxi Water Investment holds 66.66% of the shares and Beijing Muhua holds 33.34% of the shares. It is committed to the research and development of high-quality water supply technology, market expansion, and brand operation.

In response to issues such as overdue service, aging, and damage of urban underground pipelines leading to secondary pollution of water supply, Jiangxi Water Investment took on the responsibility of "providing high-quality drinking water to the general public" in 2019. Together with the China Urban Research Institute of Tsinghua University and Beijing Muhua Material Science and Technology Co., Ltd., they undertook the "Implementation Path Research of Urban High Quality Water Supply System" by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development. They conducted pilot applications of end of pipe water purification systems in 44 counties (cities) in Jiangxi, and took the lead in promoting the marketization, commercialization, and popularization of high-quality water supply nationwide. As of now, they have covered 45600 households and a population of approximately 153800. Jingdezhen has become a "national pilot city for direct drinking water", and has preliminarily explored a sustainable, replicable, and promotable development model that is technically reliable, has excellent water quality, economically feasible, and satisfies the masses. Jingdezhen City has completed the construction of the pilot project with an investment of 100 million yuan. From the perspective of pilot promotion, high-quality water supply conforms to national policies and guidelines, the expectations of the people, industry development trends, and the high-quality development needs of enterprises. It has great practical significance and broad prospects, with an expected market size of up to 100 billion yuan.

(1) Technically reliable. Adopting new membrane treatment technology, using efficient and automatically switchable nanofiltration membrane groups. Can intercept bacteria, viruses, rust, sediment, and retain beneficial trace elements. The water quality indicators of the produced water are better than those in GB5749-2022 "Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water", and can meet CJ94-2005 "Water Quality Standards for Drinking Water". There is no large capacity regulating water tank in the process, providing healthy living water for the people.

The characteristics are: low energy consumption, utilizing the residual pressure or liquid level difference of the municipal tap water pipeline to produce water, without consuming electricity, with the characteristics of low energy consumption and low operating costs; Long lifespan, good tolerance of membrane materials, intelligent adjustment of cleaning and maintenance methods effectively extend membrane lifespan by 8-10 years; High filtration accuracy, capable of intercepting 99.9% of suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, viruses, and toxic and harmful organic matter in water, while also retaining beneficial minerals for the human body in drinking water; The water flow rate is large and the volume is small, which can meet the instantaneous flow during peak water use periods. There is no clean water tank to store water, effectively reducing the possibility of secondary pollution and residual chlorine volatilization in the clean water tank. It can adapt to the limited space occupied by residential areas and government public tap water introduction pipes or secondary water supply.

(2) The water quality is excellent. After pilot water quality monitoring, our faucet's effluent water quality indicators have comprehensively exceeded China's "Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water" (GB 5749-2022), further meeting the "Drinking Water Quality Standards" (CJ 94-2005) required by the technical regulations for pipeline direct drinking water systems, and reaching the drinking water standards of the World Health Organization and developed countries in Europe and America such as the United States, Canada, and Singapore.

(3) Economically feasible. We have explored a market-oriented model of "whoever benefits pays", which provides value-added services through property management without changing the water pricing standards, and charges value-added service fees. While providing high-quality water supply to users, we can also offer diversified water supply methods, service modes, and more economically feasible market-oriented charging mechanisms that are compatible with them for users to choose from.

(4) The masses are satisfied. Since the pilot project was launched, it has been widely welcomed by all sectors of society due to its high-quality water production and low-priced fees, which meet the people's demand for a quality life. In a horizontal comparative survey of high-quality water supply and market mineral water taste conducted in residential areas of Jingdezhen City, high-quality water supply ranked the best in taste comparison.
