Overview

D943H Stainless Steel Electric Metal Hard Sealing Butterfly Valve is a valve that adopts a valve body made of cast steel, stainless steel, or duplex stainless steel with a metal hard sealing structure, using an electric actuator to drive the disc in a 90° rotary motion to achieve precise opening/closing or regulation of pipeline media. The valve utilizes a triple-eccentric or multi-eccentric design principle, allowing the disc sealing surface to quickly disengage from and engage with the seat sealing surface during opening and closing, effectively reducing friction and wear. Its transmission mechanism outputs rotational torque through the electric actuator, directly driving the stem to rotate the disc precisely within the valve body. Both the seat and disc sealing pair are made of high-hardness metal materials such as cast steel, stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel, forming a reliable metal-to-metal seal through precision machining. 1、High-strength structural materials: The main components such as the valve body, stem, and disc are made of high-performance materials including cast steel, stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel, which can be flexibly selected according to operating conditions. They offer excellent pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and stress corrosion cracking resistance, making them suitable for severe service conditions in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and marine engineering.

2、Metal hard sealing design: The sealing surfaces are processed using stainless steel with cemented carbide hardfacing or spray coating, forming a high-hardness metal sealing surface that is wear-resistant and erosion-resistant, with a service life far exceeding that of soft-sealing butterfly valves.

3、Multi-Offset Technology: Employs single-offset, double-offset, or triple-offset designs. This allows the disc and seat to separate instantly during valve operation, enabling frictionless opening and closing. Benefits include low operating torque and minimal sealing surface wear.
