The ZSQ electric three-way regulating ball valve is an industrial automation execution unit consisting of a high-performance intelligent electric actuator and a three-way ball valve body. By receiving standard 4-20mA DC analog signals or switch signals from control systems, the actuator provides rotational torque to drive the ball within the seat, achieving real-time adjustment of fluid direction or proportion. Depending on process requirements, the ball can be designed as an L-port (for switching between two lines) or a T-port (for converging, diverting, or switching three lines). Due to its smooth flow path, low resistance coefficient, excellent sealing, and high integration, the ZSQ series is widely utilized in sectors such as petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy for automated media mixing or distribution systems.

Feature

1.Highly integrated fluid control:Achieves converging, diverting, or switching functions within a single valve body. Compared to multi-valve combinations, it simplifies piping design, reduces potential leak points, and lowers installation costs.
2.Versatile flow patterns:Provides L-port and T-port ball configurations. L-port supports rapid switching between two outlets; T-port enables three-way mixing or diverting proportional regulation for superior adaptability.
3.Intelligent integrated electric drive:Equipped with an intelligent electronic actuator featuring a built-in servo system. It supports non-intrusive field settings, overload protection, stall alarms, and fail-safe logic for advanced control.
4.Superior shut-off sealing:Utilizes a four-seat sealing structure to ensure sealing stability at any switching angle. Based on working conditions, soft-seal (Class VI) or metal-to-metal hard-seal configurations are available.
5.Low flow resistance and high capacity:When fully open, the flow path is smooth with a near-zero resistance coefficient. This high throughput reduces pumping energy consumption and offers significant energy-saving benefits.
6.Reliable mechanical self-locking:The transmission utilizes a high-strength worm gear or lead screw structure providing natural self-locking. Once adjusted, the valve position is held firmly against pressure fluctuations.
7.Compact and lightweight layout:The integrated refined design ensures dimensions and weight are significantly lower than comparable control valve groups, saving space and reducing pipeline mechanical loads.
8.Modular maintenance:The simple structure has few moving parts. Standardized actuator-to-body interfaces allow for online inspection or replacement of the actuator without removing the valve from the line.
