The ZDG high-performance shut-off butterfly valve is a high-end pipeline control unit integrating a high-thrust electric actuator with a precision eccentric butterfly valve body. Specifically engineered for large-diameter, high-differential pressure conditions in industrial systems that require strict isolation, the valve utilizes high torque from the actuator to rotate the disc 0-90 degrees for instantaneous shut-off or opening. Utilizing advanced double or triple offset structures, this series offers low operating torque, minimal sealing surface wear, and high sealing reliability, serving as a superior alternative to bulky traditional gate or ball valves. 1.Eccentric geometry for frictionless operation:Utilizes double or triple offset logic so the disc detaches from the seat immediately upon opening, fundamentally eliminating friction. This significantly reduces torque and extends seal life.
