The GB/T 595 Marine Male Thread Bronze Stop Valve is a type of stop valve specifically designed for ship piping systems. By rotating the handwheel, it drives the stem and disc to perform a vertical lifting motion along the centerline of the seat, achieving reliable opening and closing of the medium in the pipeline. Its core design feature lies in the valve body being integrally cast from bronze material, offering a compact structure and strong corrosion resistance, meeting the special environmental requirements of ships. The valve is available in two structural forms: Type A (straight-through type) and Type B (angle type), allowing flexible selection based on pipeline layout. The key sealing components of the valve utilize wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant copper alloy materials, and feature precision tapered or flat sealing surface designs, ensuring good sealing performance within the specified pressure and temperature ranges. The valve uses a male thread connection, where the external threads on the valve body mate with pipe shoulder threaded connectors (ferrule-type connectors) conforming to the CB*56 standard, achieving a tight connection with the piping system that is reliable to install and easy to maintain. The valve is driven by manual handwheel operation, utilizing threaded transmission to convert rotational force into the linear motion of the stem and disc, enabling stable and sensitive opening and closing control. This valve is suitable for media such as seawater, fresh water, fuel oil, lubricating oil, air, and steam with temperatures not exceeding 250°C in ship piping systems. It is widely used in applications requiring fluid shut-off or passage within ship power plants, auxiliary machinery, and piping systems, particularly suitable for ship pipeline conditions with nominal pressures of PN4.0 (for diameters DN15~DN32) and PN10.0 (for diameters DN6~DN32).

1、Reliable Connection, Specifically for Marine Use: Adopts a male thread connection form, where the external threads on the valve body precisely mate with pipe shoulder threaded connectors (ferrule-type connectors) conforming to the CB*56 standard, forming a reliable sealing system. Specifically designed for the vibration and impact environment of ship piping systems, the connection is stable and offers good vibration resistance.
2、Excellent Sealing, Strong Medium Adaptability: The sealing pair of the disc and seat features precision-lapped tapered or flat surfaces. The sealing faces wear evenly during opening and closing, enabling tight shut-off. Suitable for various marine media including seawater, fresh water, fuel oil, lubricating oil, air, and steam with temperatures not exceeding 220°C.

Covers nominal diameter range DN6~DN32 and pressure ratings PN4.0 and PN10.0. Offers flexible selection based on ship pipeline spatial layout, adapting to different installation position requirements.
4、Easy Operation, Intuitive Opening/Closing Indication: Rotating the handwheel drives the stem, utilizing threaded transmission for the stable lifting of the disc. The operating torque is low, and the opening/closing process is smooth. The lifting height of the stem directly indicates the valve opening degree, facilitating operator observation and control.
5、Corrosion-Resistant Material, Suitable for Marine Use: Main components are made of seawater-corrosion-resistant materials such as bronze (Body: ZCuAl9Mn2, Bonnet, Disc, Stem: QAl9-2). The structure is robust with strong corrosion resistance, adapting to the special environmental requirements of ships and ensuring a long service life.
