ZJHQ pneumatic diaphragm three-way converging control valve is an industrial automation control valve consisting of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a three-way converging globe-style valve body. By receiving pneumatic signals from the control system (or standard 4-20mA DC signals converted via an electro-pneumatic positioner), the valve utilizes the thrust generated in the diaphragm chamber to drive the valve stem, moving the valve plug axially between two seats. Its unique two-inlet and one-outlet structural design is specifically used to mix two fluids of different temperatures, pressures, or concentrations into a single uniform fluid in a set proportion, achieving precise control over parameters such as the temperature and composition of the mixed medium. Compared to electric control valves, the ZJHQ model features sensitive action, rapid response, and intrinsic safety due to its pneumatic actuator, making it better suited for high-frequency regulation and environments with extreme safety requirements. In heat exchange stations, industrial mixing systems, and cooling circulation loops, a single pneumatic three-way converging valve can replace two coordinated single-seated control valves. This not only significantly simplifies the process pipeline configuration and reduces potential leakage points but also greatly lowers system complexity and equipment investment costs.

Feature

1.Proportional mixing adjustment logic:The valve body features two inlets (Ports A and B) and one outlet (Port C). As the valve plug position changes, the opening of one inlet increases while the other decreases simultaneously, ensuring a relatively stable total flow and achieving precise fluid proportioning adjustment.
2.Compact pipeline design:The integrated three-way flow path design effectively reduces the number of pipeline interfaces, elbows, and supports. The small footprint is particularly suitable for modular heat exchange units or skid-mounted equipment with limited space.
3.Efficient pneumatic diaphragm drive:Equipped with a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator, the structure is lightweight yet provides large output force. Compared to electric drives, the pneumatic actuator is more sensitive with a faster response speed, allowing for real-time regulation following control signal changes.
4.Dynamic operational stability:The valve plug adopts a side-guiding structure, and the flow path is optimized via fluid dynamics. Under mixing conditions, it can effectively suppress impact vibration and turbulent noise generated by the intersection of two fluid streams, ensuring stable system operation under complex differential pressures.
5.Excellent adjustment characteristics:The valve plug profile is precision-machined to provide linear or equal percentage flow characteristics. The wide rangeability (typically up to 30:1 or higher) ensures high-precision control even under low load fluctuations.
6.Intrinsic safety and fail-safe function:Pneumatic systems possess natural explosion-proof advantages, requiring no additional explosion-proof enclosures for use in hazardous areas. It supports fail-safe modes: upon air supply failure, the valve automatically resets to a preset safety position (full open or full close) via built-in spring pressure, ensuring process safety.
7.Material and environmental adaptability:Valve body materials include grey cast iron (HT200), cast steel (ZG230-450), and stainless steel (ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti/CF8). Internal parts can be hardened to handle hot water, thermal oil, steam, and general corrosive media.
8.Significant maintenance cost advantages:The modular internal component design allows for the inspection and replacement of seals or valve plugs without dismantling the entire valve body or complex electrical disassembly, greatly shortening maintenance downtime and resulting in low long-term operation and maintenance expenses.
