ZHYO pneumatic tank bottom control valve is an automated control device specifically designed for installation at the bottom of reactors, storage tanks, and other vessels for media discharge, feeding, and precise flow regulation. Integrating a high-performance pneumatic diaphragm actuator with a specialized tank-bottom valve body, its core design focuses on eliminating the "dead-zone" phenomenon at the vessel outlet. By receiving standard 4-20mA signals from control systems, the actuator drives the stem to move the plug (available in either disc-upward opening or disc-downward opening configurations) to achieve precise flow proportioning and liquid level control. Since the valve body is directly flanged to the tank bottom and the disc remains flush with the inner wall when closed, this valve is ideal for harsh process environments involving crystallization, high viscosity, and particulate impurities in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, bioengineering, and food industries.

1. Total elimination of dead space:The body structure is optimized for tank-bottom mounting, with the disc remaining virtually flush with the vessel's inner bottom wall in the closed position. This effectively prevents media accumulation, clumping, or crystallization at the outlet, ensuring complete drainage during material changes.
2.Superior anti-clogging and erosion resistance:The streamlined, high-slope flow path ensures smooth media passage with an extremely low resistance coefficient. Upon opening, the high-velocity fluid automatically flushes the sealing surface, providing excellent self-cleaning capabilities suitable for abrasive slurries.
3.Precision pneumatic proportional regulation:Equipped with a compact multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator providing high thrust. Paired with an intelligent positioner, it enables high-resolution linear or equal percentage regulation for stable reaction parameters.
4.Intrinsic safety and fail-safe protection:Driven by compressed air, the valve is inherently explosion-proof. Fail-safe modes (air-to-open or air-to-close) can be configured to ensure the valve automatically resets to a safe position (fully open or fully closed) upon power air supply failure.
5.Highly reliable sealing structure:Precision-ground sealing pairs can be equipped with PTFE soft seals or Stellite-overlaid hard seals. Stem sealing utilizes bellows or high-performance packing to maintain zero leakage under high-frequency regulation.
6.Vacuum and corrosion resistance:Body and internals are available in 304, 316L, or fluorine-lined options. Smooth internal surfaces support CIP and SIP processes, fully meeting the sanitary standards of the pharmaceutical and bioengineering industries.
