ZJHJ pneumatic angle-type control valve is an industrial automation execution unit specifically designed for harsh conditions such as high pressure drops, high viscosity, and media containing suspended particles or fibers. The valve consists of a high-performance multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a 90-degree angle-style single-seated valve body. By receiving standard 4-20mA DC analog signals from the control system, the thrust generated by the diaphragm chamber drives the stem for linear displacement, precisely changing the flow area between the plug and the seat. Due to its unique angle structure, which simplifies flow direction and provides excellent self-cleaning capabilities, this valve is widely used in key process points within the petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgical industries where suppression of flashing and cavitation and prevention of media clogging are required.

Fail-safe reset modes (full open or full close) can be configured based on safety process requirements, ensuring system safety during air supply failure.
7.Material durability and long-life design:Body and internals are available in cast steel, stainless steel, or with Stellite hard-facing on surfaces. The hardened sealing surfaces provide extreme hardness and corrosion resistance, capable of handling high pressure drops and erosive conditions over the long term.
