The D673H pneumatic triple-offset regulating butterfly valve is an industrial automation execution unit consisting of a high-performance pneumatic piston actuator and a triple-offset multi-level hard-seated butterfly valve body. By receiving standard 4-20mA DC analog signals from the control system, the electro-pneumatic positioner converts the signal into pneumatic power to drive the disc rotation within a 0-90 degree range. Its unique triple-offset design (shaft offset from flow center, shaft offset from seal center, and seal cone axis offset from flow axis) allows the disc to detach from the seat instantly upon opening, fundamentally eliminating mechanical friction and wear between sealing pairs. Featuring a metal hard-seal structure, this series offers high temperature/pressure resistance, erosion resistance, and tight shut-off, making it ideal for petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy industries where precise regulation and harsh conditions coexist.

1.Triple-offset geometry eliminates friction:Through the 3D offset design, the disc makes virtually no contact friction with the seat during cycling. This "cam-like" effect reduces operating torque and significantly extends the seal's service life.
2.Bi-directional pressure handling and tight shut-off:The sealing surface is composed of layered stainless steel and flexible graphite, combining the robustness of a hard seal with the tightness of a resilient seal. It achieves bubble-tight zero leakage even under high pressure differentials.
3.Precise linear regulation characteristics:Paired with an intelligent positioner, the disc angle maintains an excellent linear or approximate equal-percentage relationship with the flow. The wide rangeability (up to 100:1) ensures process stability.
4.Powerful pneumatic actuation:Equipped with high-thrust piston actuators for rapid response. Fail-safe configurations (single-acting/spring-return or double-acting) can be selected to ensure the valve returns to a safe position upon air supply loss.
5.Durable material system for extreme conditions:Bodies and discs are available in WCB, CF8/CF8M, or high-temperature alloys. Sealing surfaces are typically hard-faced with Stellite to ensure structural integrity at 450℃ and above.
6.Compact and lightweight layout:Compared to same-sized ball or cage-guided valves, it features smaller dimensions and lower weight, saving installation space and reducing mechanical loads on the pipeline.
7.Intrinsically safe and explosion-proof:Driven by compressed air with no spark risks, providing natural safety for hazardous zones such as oil, gas, and chemical storage areas.
8.Modular design for easy maintenance:Actuator-to-body interface complies with ISO 5211. Main wearing parts (e.g., seal rings) are removable, allowing for inspection or replacement without removing the valve from the line.
