Q641H/F pneumatic regulating ball valve is an industrial automation execution unit consisting of a high-performance pneumatic piston actuator and a rotary ball valve (O-port or V-port). The valve receives air supply signals from the control system. Through an electro-pneumatic positioner, standard 4-20mA signals are converted into pneumatic power to drive the ball core to rotate between 0-90 degrees, achieving precise proportional regulation or shut-off of medium flow, pressure, and temperature. In the model designation, H represents a metal hard-seal structure for high temperature, high pressure, and abrasive conditions; F represents a resilient soft-seal structure (such as PTFE) for bubble-tight shut-off at ambient temperatures. This series is widely used in automated networks for petroleum, chemical, power, paper, and water treatment due to its minimal flow resistance, high rangeability, and rapid action.

1.Precise flow regulation:When utilizing a V-port ball design, it offers an approximate equal percentage flow characteristic with a wide regulation range and high precision. The shearing force between the V-edge and seat effectively cuts through fibers and particles, preventing jamming.

3.Dual sealing structures:H-type hard seals utilize high-hardness alloy overlay for erosion and wear resistance; F-type soft seals use a floating seat design with automatic compensation to ensure reliable bi-directional zero leakage.
4.Powerful pneumatic drive:Equipped with double-acting or single-acting pneumatic piston actuators, providing high torque and sensitive response. Fail-safe configurations can be set to move the valve to a safe position (fully open or closed) upon air supply loss.
5.Intrinsically safe and explosion-proof:Driven by compressed air, it eliminates spark risks, providing natural safety for hazardous areas such as petrochemical and natural gas facilities.
6.Compact and lightweight layout:The integrated design ensures smaller dimensions and weight than comparable butterfly or cage valves, reducing installation space requirements and mechanical loads on the pipeline.
7.Material and condition adaptability:Bodies are available in carbon steel or stainless steel (304/316L). Internals can be hardened based on media characteristics to handle various corrosive or non-corrosive fluids across wide temperature ranges.
8.Modular maintenance:Actuator-to-body connection complies with ISO 5211 for high interchangeability. Wearing parts like seal rings and packing are modularly designed for quick replacement without removing the entire valve body.
