Q641H/F pneumatic regulating ball valve is an industrial automation execution unit consisting of a high-performance pneumatic piston actuator and a rotary ball valve (O-port or V-port). The valve receives air supply signals from the control system. Through an electro-pneumatic positioner, standard 4-20mA signals are converted into pneumatic power to drive the ball core to rotate between 0-90 degrees, achieving precise proportional regulation or shut-off of medium flow, pressure, and temperature. In the model designation, H represents a metal hard-seal structure for high temperature, high pressure, and abrasive conditions; F represents a resilient soft-seal structure (such as PTFE) for bubble-tight shut-off at ambient temperatures.
