J44F46 fluorine lined angle globe valve is a special valve with a full cavity fluorine lined plastic (usually FEP or similar material) anti-corrosion design, and a valve body with a 90 ° right angle flow channel. It drives the valve disc vertically up and down along the centerline of the valve seat through the valve stem, achieving reliable opening and closing of the pipeline and flow regulation. The design core of this valve lies in the fact that all surfaces in contact with the medium, such as the inner wall of the valve body, the inner cavity of the valve cover, and the valve disc, are integrally molded or sintered with a dense fluoroplastic lining layer, which enables it to withstand the corrosion of the vast majority of highly corrosive media (such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents, etc.). The valve adopts an angular structure, and the flow direction of the medium inside the valve changes by 90 degrees, which not only facilitates pipeline layout, but also reduces flow resistance and can be used for shut-off and regulation.
