The ZJC high-performance program control valve is an automated switching unit specifically designed for Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) units, gas separation, and hydrogen recovery systems. Comprising a high-efficiency pneumatic piston actuator and a high-sealing globe or ball-style body, it receives program signals from PLC or DCS systems to achieve frequent and rapid on/off control of hydrogen, natural gas, shift gas, and various dry gases. Addressing the challenges of PSA processes—such as high switching frequency, pressure fluctuations, and strict sealing requirements—the ZJC series features reinforced axial guiding and specialized wear-resistant sealing pairs. 1.High-frequency reciprocating design:Targeting PSA conditions with multiple switches per hour, the mechanism uses low-friction self-lubricating materials and high-strength shafts to ensure structural stability and synchronization over millions of cycles.
2.Bubble-tight shut-off performance:Sealing pairs are precision-machined. Depending on media composition, high-performance resilient seals or ground hard alloy seals can be configured. Zero leakage is achieved in both flow directions, effectively preventing process gas bypass.
3.Rapid action response:Equipped with high-thrust pneumatic piston actuators, response times are between 0.5-1.5 seconds. Powerful force ensures full stroke completion within minimum time to meet strict sequence control timing.
4.Erosion and scaling resistance:The streamlined internal cavity minimizes flow resistance. Sealing surfaces are typically hardened (e.g., nitriding or tungsten carbide coating) to resist high-velocity gas erosion and impurity buildup.
5.Intrinsic safety and fail-safe logic:Driven by compressed air with inherent explosion-proof properties. Fail-safe modes (fail-open or fail-close) can be configured to protect the plant during air supply loss.
6.Compact and lightweight structure:Integrated design minimizes installation footprint. Its lower weight compared to traditional valves reduces the load requirements on support platforms for dense valve skids.
7.Integrated feedback system:Easily equipped with explosion-proof solenoid valves, limit switches, and smart positioners. Precise signal feedback allows for real-time monitoring of action accuracy and frequency.
8.Modular maintenance:Standardized components with minimal wearing parts. The top-entry design allows for seal inspection and replacement without removing the valve from the line, significantly reducing maintenance downtime.
