V230Y21/22 self-operated micro-pressure regulating valve is an energy-saving control valve that realizes precise automatic adjustment of extremely small pressures by utilizing the energy of the regulated medium itself without external energy sources. The core of the valve is equipped with a large-area pressure-sensing actuator. Through a pressure-tapping pipe, the weak upstream or downstream pressure signal is introduced into the pressure-sensing diaphragm chamber. This allows the medium pressure to generate a sensitive thrust on the huge diaphragm and form a sensitive dynamic force balance with the high-precision preset spring force. The actuator drives the valve stem in precise displacement according to pressure deviations on the millibar (mbar) scale, changing the flow area between the valve plug and seat to achieve accurate compensation of fluid pressure. It is divided into the nitrogen-supply reducing type (Y21, normally open) for controlling downstream pressure and the nitrogen-venting relief type (Y22, normally closed) for controlling upstream pressure. It typically adopts a soft-seal structure design to ensure bubble-tight sealing integrity and extremely high adjustment sensitivity under ultra-low pressure conditions. V230Y21/22 series micro-pressure regulating valves feature high sensitivity, excellent low-pressure stabilization performance, simple structure, and intrinsic explosion-proof safety. 1. Energy-saving self-operated drive:Requires no electricity or air supply. It directly utilizes the pressure energy of the regulated medium (such as nitrogen, air, natural gas, etc.) to drive the actuator, which is energy-saving and significantly reduces the cost of automated piping.
