Characterised control valve is a precision control regulating valve specifically designed for the liquid cooling systems of computer computing data centers. Its core feature is the deep combination of the V-port ball core structure and liquid cooling heat dissipation application scenarios. In terms of structure, the ball core of this valve matches with a flow distribution plate with a V-shaped notch. During the rotation process, a certain shearing force is formed, which can effectively cut off micro-impurities in the medium and has a self-cleaning function to prevent jamming. Its flow characteristic is approximate to equal percentage, with a large adjustable ratio and strong flow capacity. It can dynamically adjust the coolant flow according to the heat generation requirements of the equipment, and precisely control parameters such as flow, pressure, and temperature, avoiding overcooling or insufficient heat dissipation. This valve is dedicated to liquid cooling systems, mainly regulating cooling media such as water, ethylene glycol/propylene glycol mixture with a maximum concentration of no more than 60%, deionized water, and fluorinated liquids. In terms of material selection, it is compatible with coolants (such as stainless steel body paired with fluorine rubber or perfluoroelastomer seals) to prevent electrochemical corrosion or swelling of sealing components. The internal channel of the valve body is smooth and without dead corners, with high cleanliness requirements, ensuring the long-term and reliable operation of the system.

1.Specially Designed for Refined Liquid Cooling Thermal Management V-port Opening, Linear Regulation: Different from ordinary on-off ball valves, its ball core adopts a unique V-shaped notch design. This geometric structure allows the flow area to present an excellent linear relationship with the rotation angle during the opening process of the valve, enabling equal percentage or linear precise regulation of the coolant flow. High-precision Temperature Control: Perfectly adapted to the dynamic heat dissipation needs of energy storage systems (ESS) and cooling distribution units (CDU) under different loads, minimizing system internal temperature fluctuations through precise flow rate regulation.

2.Excellent Media Compatibility and High/Low Temperature Adaptability Extremely Wide Temperature Tolerance: Meets the wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 180°C, ensuring stable operation whether starting up outdoor energy storage in severe cold regions or high-temperature cooling during high-load operations. Fully Compatible with Advanced Coolants: Material optimized for the liquid cooling requirements of the new energy and high-computing era, it is not only suitable for traditional deionized water and ethylene glycol/propylene glycol aqueous solutions, but also perfectly compatible with new electronic fluorinated liquids such as mineral oil, synthetic oil, silicone oil, perfluoropolyether (PFPE), and hydrofluoroether (HFE).

3.Compact and Reliable Mechanical Structure Low Torque and Long Service Life: The contact surface between the ball core and the valve seat undergoes mirror polishing treatment, resulting in an extremely low friction coefficient. While maintaining zero leakage (or low leakage rate regulation), it reduces the output torque requirement for the electric actuator, thereby extending the service life of the overall mechanism.
