Overview
The KPF stainless steel manual balancing valve is a static hydraulic balancing element with specialized functions. It features flow regulation and shut-off capabilities, as well as an opening indicator, a digital locking device, and pressure test ports for connecting differential pressure gauges. Cast from high-quality stainless steel (such as 304/316), this valve is specifically designed for water and industrial fluid systems requiring high media cleanliness and corrosion resistance.By accurately adjusting the valve plug's opening, it effectively eliminates hydraulic imbalance between branch pipes, distributing flow as required, thereby significantly improving system efficiency and reducing energy loss. It possesses excellent flow characteristics for quantitative flow distribution, effectively solving uneven heating/cooling issues in HVAC systems. With its opening indicator, locking device, and small test valves, users can install the appropriate specifications at branch pipes and entry points. After a one-time commissioning with a specialized intelligent instrument and subsequent locking, the system's total water volume is controlled within a reasonable range, overcoming the inefficient phenomenon of "high flow, low temperature differential." It is an ideal product for heating systems. 1.Superior Corrosion Resistance
Feature: The body, bonnet, disc, and internal components are all made of 304 or 316 stainless steel.
Advantage: Suitable for weakly corrosive chemical media, pharmaceutical, and food industry pipelines, as well as industrial water systems prone to rusting, offering an extremely long service life.
2.Precise Opening Indication & Digital Locking
Feature: The handwheel is equipped with a high-precision digital scale and a specialized locking tool.
Advantage: Commissioning personnel can set the opening accurately based on flow requirements. The locking function ensures that after system maintenance, the valve can be quickly reopened to its original balanced position, preventing unauthorized tampering.
3.Integrated Flow Test Ports
Feature: The inlet and outlet ends of the valve body are equipped with two self-sealing pressure test ports.
