The EDRV electric dynamic balance control valve achieves automatic compensation under pressure fluctuations through its valve core dynamic adjustment mechanism, maintaining a constant differential pressure across the P2-P3 section to suppress system pressure interference. When paired with a linear or part-turn electric actuator, it maintains a flow characteristic curve consistent with theoretical values at any opening, solving the flow deviation issue common in traditional control valves due to differential pressure changes. It has a working pressure of PN16, an applicable temperature range of 0-100℃, a differential pressure range of 30-300KPa, and a flow rate error of ≤5%. Major models cover DN25 to DN250, achieving precise flow control under complex working conditions by adjusting the opening.

Feature
1. High integration of functions:Combines electric regulation and dynamic balance functions into a single valve body. This significantly simplifies system pipeline design, reduces the number of valves installed and potential leakage points, and lowers overall investment costs.
2.Excellent pressure-independent characteristics:Equipped with a built-in high-sensitivity pressure compensation device that automatically offsets the interference of network pressure fluctuations on flow. Within the rated differential pressure range, flow is only affected by control signal commands, effectively solving flow interference between terminal devices and dynamic hydraulic imbalance.
3.High-precision linear regulation:The valve core structure is optimized through fluid dynamics to provide excellent linear or equal percentage flow characteristics. Combined with a high-resolution electric actuator, it achieves continuous and precise proportional regulation of media flow, ensuring process parameters remain stable near the set point.
4.Significant energy-saving effect:By dynamically locking the flow of each terminal branch, it eliminates system overflow and ensures the circulating pump always operates within a high-efficiency range. Compared to traditional regulation systems, this valve effectively reduces transport energy consumption and improves the overall efficiency of the thermal system.
5.Simplified commissioning process:During initial system operation or subsequent expansions, tedious manual hydraulic balance is unnecessary. The system automatically reaches a hydraulic balance state by simply setting actuator parameters according to the design flow, greatly shortening the project delivery cycle.
6.Intelligent drive and real-time feedback:Equipped with an intelligent electric actuator that receives 4-20mA or 0-10V standard signals and provides precise valve position feedback. It supports fault self-diagnosis and fail-safe protection upon signal interruption, facilitating integration into BAS or DCS automation control systems.
7.Durable materials and long-term stability:Valve bodies are available in ductile iron, cast steel, or stainless steel, with internal parts made of wear-resistant and erosion-resistant materials. Precision-machined sealing pairs ensure long-term operational reliability and excellent zero-leakage shut-off performance.
8.Convenient and economical maintenance:The compact structure and scientific connection between the actuator and valve body allow for inspection and replacement of the actuator without dismantling the pipeline. The modular design of internal components makes routine cleaning and replacement of wearing parts simple, resulting in low maintenance costs.
