C30 combined air valve is a multi-functional combined air valve integrating high-speed intake/exhaust valve and trace exhaust valve. It is specially designed for intelligent management of air in the system at different stages such as water filling, operation and emptying of pipes. The valve can quickly discharge a large amount of free air, continuously discharge dissolved gas, and instantaneously suck air when the system generates negative pressure, effectively prevent air resistance, eliminate water hammer, and avoid vacuum deformation of the pipeline. Features:

1.Three-stage intelligent air management

Large exhaust stage: when the pipe is filled with water, the large opening of the high-speed inlet/exhaust valve will quickly exhaust a large amount of free air.

2.Trace exhaust stage: when the system is operating, the trace exhaust valve will continuously and automatically discharge the slowly separated dissolved gas.

3.High-speed suction stage: when the system is emptied or the pump is stopped to generate negative pressure, the high-speed valve opens instantly to suck air to prevent the pipeline from destabilizing.

4.Special for high pressure and large flow conditions

The valve body is made of high-strength cast iron or nodular cast iron, with solid structure. It is applicable to high working pressure (such as PN16 and PN25) and large pipe diameter (DN50-DN300), meeting the requirements of severe working conditions of main pipe network.
