CARX compound quick exhaust valve is a high-performance automatic valve integrating high-speed mass exhaust, continuous trace exhaust and quick air admission functions. The composite air valve is based on the principle of buoyancy effect of water on stainless steel float ball. When the water level of the exhaust valve rises, the float ball will automatically float under the buoyancy effect of water until the valve clack contacts the sealing surface of the valve seat seal ring at the exhaust port. When the buoyancy increases to more than the required specific pressure of the sealing surface, the exhaust port will be automatically closed. The valve is optimized for the gas management requirements of the pipeline system in different stages such as water filling, operation and emptying. The composite double-port structure is adopted, which can realize the combination of rapid gas throughput and precise control, effectively prevent the hazards of pipeline air resistance, water hammer and negative pressure, and ensure the safe, efficient and stable operation of the system under various working conditions. 1. Trinity water hammer protection
The valve integrates high-speed intake/exhaust valves and micro exhaust valves. The high-speed valve is responsible for quickly introducing air to prevent vacuum when the pipeline is emptied, and for instantaneous high-speed exhaust to buffer pressure peaks when the water column backflow is bridged; The micro valve continuously discharges dissolved gases, achieving comprehensive protection throughout the entire process and at multiple levels.
2. Millisecond level rapid response
The moving parts are designed with lightweight and minimal inertia, ensuring rapid opening and closing in milliseconds when there is a sudden change in pipeline pressure, and immediately inhaling or discharging air, effectively suppressing the generation and propagation of pressure waves.
