GL41F46 fluorine-lined pleated T-strainer is a high-efficiency pipeline protection device specifically engineered for extreme corrosive conditions. Based on the standard T-pattern, all internal wetted surfaces are encapsulated with high-performance F46 (FEP) fluoroplastics, and it is equipped with a unique "forward-reverse fold" (pleated) filter screen assembly. The core design utilizes the exceptional chemical inertness of fluoroplastics to completely isolate aggressive media—such as acids, alkalis, salts, and strong oxidants—from eroding the metal valve body. Meanwhile, the pleated filter element design significantly increases the effective filtration area per unit volume, which ensures high-precision filtration while greatly reducing flow resistance. With its high pressure strength, large flow capacity, and long-term anti-corrosion advantages, this product is widely used in fine chemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor cleaning, and chlor-alkali industries

Feature

1. Superior strong corrosion resistance:All media-contacting surfaces are lined with F46, which resists erosion from almost all aggressive chemicals except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine, ensuring pipeline safety in complex chemical environments.
2.Pleated structure for increased filtration area:The filter element utilizes a unique pleated design, making the effective filtration area several times the flow cross-section. This improves impurity interception efficiency and extends the operation cycle between cleanings.
3.Excellent hydrodynamic performance:Due to the significant increase in filtration area, the pressure drop loss is remarkably reduced. It maintains extremely low system resistance even under high-flow and high-velocity conditions, contributing to energy saving.
4.High-strength metal pressure matrix:The outer shell is made of premium steel or stainless steel, compensating for the lack of strength in pure plastic valves and providing excellent impact and high-pressure resistance.
5.Highly reliable lining process:Advanced compression molding ensures the fluorine lining is tightly bonded to the metal wall. It offers superior stability against negative pressure and thermal expansion/contraction, preventing delamination under vacuum.
6.Bubble-tight sealing performance:The lining layer extends to the flange faces as an integral molding. Combined with corrosion-resistant gaskets, it achieves a tight external seal, eliminating media leakage risks at interfaces.
7.Convenient online maintenance:The scientific layout features a top-entry or side-entry disassembly design. Maintenance only requires loosening the cover fasteners to extract the element without removing the pipeline, reducing labor intensity.
8.Durability and low O&M costs:The simple and robust design has no moving parts. With its outstanding anti-corrosion properties and wear-resistant pleated mesh, it offers an extremely long service life and reduces procurement and maintenance expenses.
