GL41F46 fluorine-lined pleated T-strainer is a high-efficiency pipeline protection device specifically engineered for extreme corrosive conditions. Based on the standard T-pattern, all internal wetted surfaces are encapsulated with high-performance F46 (FEP) fluoroplastics, and it is equipped with a unique "forward-reverse fold" (pleated) filter screen assembly. The core design utilizes the exceptional chemical inertness of fluoroplastics to completely isolate aggressive media—such as acids, alkalis, salts, and strong oxidants—from eroding the metal valve body. Meanwhile, the pleated filter element design significantly increases the effective filtration area per unit volume, which ensures high-precision filtration while greatly reducing flow resistance. With its high pressure strength, large flow capacity, and long-term anti-corrosion advantages, this product is widely used in fine chemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor cleaning, and chlor-alkali industries
