Filter

A filter is an indispensable filtering device on the pipeline for conveying media, typically installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, fixed level valves, or other equipment. A filter consists of a valve body or cylinder, filter screen, drain port or drain valve, transmission device, and electrical control part. After the water to be treated passes through the filter cylinder of the filter screen, its impurities are blocked. When cleaning is required, simply remove the detachable filter cylinder, clean it, and reinstall it. Therefore, its use and maintenance are extremely convenient. A filter is a small device that removes a small amount of solid particles from liquids, protecting the normal operation of equipment. When the material enters the fluorine-plastic filter basket through the inlet, it flows through a filter screen woven from PTFE or FEP filaments of corresponding specifications. Impurities are blocked while the clean material flows out through the outlet. When cleaning or replacement is required, the removable cover is opened to extract the filter element, which can be reinstalled after processing. The product features drain ports at the top and bottom to ensure complete drainage of residual liquid when necessary. The filter is produced using the compression molding method: the body and cover components are placed in a mold, and a suitable amount of fluorine plastic (in powder, granule, fiber, flake, or chip form) is added to the cavity. The mold is closed, heated to the required temperature in a furnace, and then placed in a press where the material melts and flows under pressure to fill the cavity.
