ZAZQ electric three-way converging control valve is an industrial automation control valve composed of a linear electric actuator and a three-way converging globe-style valve body. The valve receives standard analog signals of 4-20mA DC or 0-10V DC from control systems (such as PLC, DCS) to drive the valve stem, moving the valve plug axially between two valve seats. Its unique "two-inlet and one-outlet" structural design is specifically used to mix two fluids of different temperatures, pressures, or concentrations into a single uniform fluid in a set proportion, thereby achieving precise control of the temperature or composition of the mixed medium. In heat exchange stations, industrial mixing, and cooling circulation systems, one three-way converging valve can replace two single-seated control valves, which not only significantly simplifies the pipeline configuration but also greatly reduces system complexity and investment costs.

1. Proportional mixing adjustment logic:The valve body features two inlets (Ports A and B) and one outlet (Port C). As the valve plug position changes, the opening of one inlet increases while the other decreases simultaneously, ensuring a relatively stable total flow and achieving precise fluid proportioning adjustment.

5.Excellent adjustment characteristics:The valve plug profile is precision-machined to provide linear or equal percentage flow characteristics. The wide rangeability (typically up to 30:1 or higher) ensures high-precision control even under low load fluctuations.
6.Intelligent safety protection functions:The actuator integrates overload protection, stall protection, and thermal protection modules. It supports fail-safe functions such as fail-in-place or reset upon signal loss, effectively protecting process safety during unexpected failures.
7.Material and environmental adaptability:Valve body materials are available in cast iron (HT200), cast steel (WCB), and stainless steel (CF8/CF8M). Internal parts can be hardened to handle hot water, thermal oil, steam, and general corrosive media.
8.Significant maintenance cost advantages:The modular internal component design allows for the inspection and replacement of seals or valve plugs without dismantling the entire valve body, greatly shortening maintenance downtime and resulting in low long-term operation and maintenance expenses.
