The RSQ Series Pilot-Operated Anti-Water Hammer Solenoid Valve is an industrial-grade control valve engineered and optimized for automated fluid systems requiring high pressure, medium-to-large flow management, and effective elimination of fluid shockwaves. Covering a size spectrum from DN15 to DN50, this series incorporates a specialized cushioned pilot flow channel design. During valve opening and closing strokes, it extends the transient shut-off duration and smoothens the fluid momentum variations within the pipeline, thereby fundamentally suppressing and eliminating water hammer (fluid shock waves). This mechanism safeguards expensive downstream infrastructure such as pipelines, instrumentation, water pumps, and filtration systems from abrupt overpressure failure.
The valve delivers exceptional performance within a wide and reliable operational pressure range of 0.3 to 16 bar. The compact geometry and precision fluid-dynamics optimization ensure both high pressure-bearing capability and low fluid resistance coupled with high flow capacity. To withstand diverse industrial environments, the valve body is available in two core material choices: premium forged Brass or high-grade anti-corrosive SS316 Stainless Steel.
