ZAZX electric three-way diverging control valve is an industrial automation control valve composed of a linear electric actuator and a three-way diverging globe-style valve body. The valve receives standard analog signals of 4-20mA DC or 0-10V DC from control systems (such as PLC, DCS) to drive the valve stem, moving the diverging-type valve plug axially between two valve seats. Its unique "one-inlet and two-outlet" structural design is specifically used to distribute a single inlet fluid into two outlet streams in a set proportion or to divert fluid into a bypass system. In heat exchanger bypass control, industrial proportional distribution, and fluid switching conditions, one three-way diverging valve can effectively replace two single-seated control valves, which not only significantly simplifies process piping but also improves the accuracy and economy of system distribution adjustment.

Feature

1.Precise diverging adjustment logic:The valve body features one inlet (Port C) and two outlets (Ports A and B). By driving the valve plug position change via the actuator, the flow area of the two outlets is adjusted synchronously to achieve precise proportional distribution of flow from 0% to 100%.
2.Pipeline layout optimization:The integrated three-way structure reduces pipeline welding points, elbows, and supports. The compact design lowers installation space requirements, significantly shortens construction cycles, and reduces material costs.
3.Powerful self-locking drive:Equipped with a high-performance electric actuator, featuring large output thrust, fast response speed, and excellent mechanical self-locking. No air supply system is required, simplifying energy matching and reducing maintenance intensity.
4.Anti-interference stability design:Targeting the turbulent characteristics generated in diverging conditions, the valve plug adopts an enhanced guiding structure. Its flow path is optimized via fluid dynamics to effectively suppress mechanical vibration and fluid noise during media distribution.
5.Linear proportional characteristics:The valve plug profile is precision-machined to ensure the sum of the two outlet flows remains relatively stable during adjustment. The flow distribution curve has excellent linearity, facilitating parameter tuning in closed-loop control systems.
6.Comprehensive intelligent protection:The actuator integrates electronic limit protection, overload torque protection, and thermal protection. It supports fail-safe functions such as fail-in-place or pre-set safety positions (e.g., maintaining distribution ratio) to ensure system safety under extreme conditions.
7.Material and environmental adaptability:Valve body materials are available in cast iron (HT200), cast steel (WCB), and stainless steel (CF8/CF8M). Internal parts support hardening treatments, widely adapting to hot water, thermal oil, and general chemical media.
8.Modular rapid maintenance:Adopting a top-pressed structural design. In-depth inspection and replacement of the actuator, valve plug, and seals can be completed from the top without removing the valve body, significantly reducing long-term operation and maintenance costs.
