V230Y01/02 (B, K) self-operated pressure regulating valve is an energy-saving control valve that realizes automatic pipeline pressure stabilization or relief by utilizing the energy of the regulated medium itself to balance with the spring force in the actuator, requiring no external energy sources. The valve operates on a self-feedback regulation principle, where the upstream or downstream pressure is introduced into the pressure-sensing diaphragm chamber of the actuator through a pressure-tapping pipe. The thrust generated by the medium pressure acts directly on the diaphragm and forms a dynamic force balance with the preset spring tension. The actuator drives the valve stem in a reciprocating motion according to changes in pressure deviation, real-time changing the flow area between the valve plug and seat to precisely control the fluid pressure drop. It is divided into the pressure reducing and stabilizing type (K-type, normally open) for controlling downstream pressure and the relief and back-pressure type (B-type, normally closed) for controlling upstream pressure. The sealing pair can adopt soft sealing or high-precision hard sealing technology to ensure excellent sealing integrity and adjustment accuracy under different temperature and pressure conditions. V230Y series self-operated pressure regulating valves feature simple structure, rapid response, wide setting range, and intrinsic explosion-proof safety. They are widely used for automatic constant pressure control of water, gas, steam, and oil media in petroleum, chemical, power, water supply and drainage, and urban heating systems.

1.Energy-saving self-operated drive:Requires no external energy such as electricity or air supply. It directly utilizes the pressure energy of the regulated medium to drive the actuator, saving energy and significantly reducing system automation costs.

4.Sensitive pressure-sensing feedback:The actuator is equipped with a large-area high-quality pressure-sensing diaphragm, which can precisely sense minute changes in pipeline pressure and rapidly feedback to the driving components, ensuring short dynamic response time and extremely high stabilization accuracy.
5.Convenient setting and adjustment:The valve is equipped with high-performance adjustment springs and nuts, allowing users to easily set target pressure values within a wide range by adjusting the spring preload. Field commissioning is intuitive and simple.
