ZDLQ electronic electric three-way mixing control valve is an industrial automation control valve consisting of an electronic electric actuator and a three-way mixing globe-style valve body. This valve integrates advanced servo control technology, eliminating the need for an external servo amplifier as it can directly receive 4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC standard analog signals from control systems such as PLC or DCS. The actuator, through its built-in electronic module, efficiently converts electrical energy into linear displacement to drive the valve stem, moving the three-way valve plug accurately between the seats. This real-time adjustment of the flow proportion of the two inlet media enables fluid mixing, heat exchange temperature control, or concentration adjustment. Due to its unique "two-inlet and one-outlet" structural design, this valve can replace two single-seated control valves in heat exchange systems, significantly reducing pipeline complexity while enhancing system regulation stability and economic efficiency.

6.Intelligent safety protection:The actuator includes overload, stall, and over-temperature protection. In the event of signal interruption or power failure, a preset position (such as maintaining the mixing ratio or full shut-off of a single path) can be selected based on process safety needs.
7.Material and environmental adaptability:Body materials include cast steel, stainless steel, and various special alloy steels, compatible with hot/cold water, heat exchange steam, lubricants, and various chemical media across HVAC, power, and chemical heat exchange stations.
8.Easy maintenance and low cost:The structural design is compact, and internal parts undergo hardening for high wear resistance. Due to the modular design, inspection and replacement of seals and the valve plug do not require dismantling the entire pipeline, significantly improving maintenance efficiency.
