The CV3000-HCB cage-guided control valve is a high-performance industrial process control unit consisting of a robust actuator and a pressure-balanced cage-style body. Utilizing cage-guiding technology and a balanced plug with internal holes, the valve uses the media pressure itself to offset the majority of the fluid's axial unbalanced force, thereby significantly reducing the required actuator thrust. The CV3000-HCB series is specifically engineered for harsh conditions involving high pressure drops, large flow rates, and potential vibration, offering exceptional dynamic stability, low noise, and cavitation resistance. This valve enables precise control of process parameters such as flow rate, pressure, and temperature, and is widely adopted in automated systems across power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and environmental protection industries.

Feature

1.Pressure-balanced design:The valve plug is equipped with precision balance holes to equalize medium pressure on both ends of the plug. This significantly lowers the driving force required, allowing smaller actuators to achieve stable regulation of high-pressure differential fluids.
2.Exceptional dynamic stability:Large-area cage side-guiding ensures precise axial alignment of the plug throughout its stroke. This robust guiding mechanism effectively suppresses mechanical vibration and high-frequency whistling generated by high-velocity fluid flow.
3.Superior noise and cavitation control:The window-type throttling cage is hydrodynamically optimized to guide the flow and dissipate kinetic energy in stages. Compared to traditional single-seated valves, it provides better noise attenuation and higher resistance to cavitation, extending component life.
4.High-precision proportional regulation:The mating surfaces of the plug and cage windows are precisely machined to provide linear or equal percentage characteristics. Paired with a smart positioner, it offers high positioning resolution and minimal dead zones for stable process control.
5.Modular internal components:The cage, plug, and seat adopt a modular layout. Multiple flow coefficients (Kv) and characteristics can be flexibly converted by replacing cages without changing the valve body, facilitating easy selection and field modification.
6.Durable and wear-resistant materials:Available in various high-grade materials, with sealing surfaces that can be hardened or hard-faced with Stellite. This ensures excellent sealing integrity under high-temperature, high-pressure, and abrasive media conditions.
7.Tight shut-off performance:Utilizing advanced sealing technology, the valve is available with metal-to-metal (Class IV) or resilient soft seals (Class VI) to meet strict leakage requirements across different process flows.
8.Convenient top-entry maintenance:The top-entry design allows for the vertical extraction of the actuator, bonnet, and internal assembly without removing the valve body from the pipeline, significantly reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
