The FSP4X Combined High-Speed Inlet Air Valve is a high-performance automatic valve that integrates high flow high-speed exhaust, micro continuous exhaust, and rapid suction pressure compensation. This valve is optimized for the air management needs of pipeline systems at different stages of water filling, operation, and emptying. Its core feature is extremely fast exhaust speed, which can effectively prevent air resistance, water hammer, and negative pressure hazards. It is particularly suitable for pipeline systems with high flow rates, high head, or frequent operations, ensuring safe and efficient system operation. Widely used in large-scale water supply networks, long-distance water transmission projects, power plant circulating water systems, HVAC systems, industrial process pipelines, and fire pump room water supply main pipes that require rapid removal of large amounts of air and high system protection requirements. Features:
1. High speed and large flow exhaust
Adopting a super large main exhaust port and optimized flow channel design, it can discharge gas at a very high speed (significantly higher exhaust volume than ordinary models) when the pipeline is filled with water or the system gathers a large amount of air, greatly reducing the system's water filling or exhaust time.
2. Composite dual stage exhaust mechanism
Integrating the main exhaust port (for large amounts of air) and the micro exhaust port (for continuous discharge of dissolved gases) into one, achieving automatic gas management throughout the entire process from system start-up to stable operation, ensuring that there are no residual airbags in the pipeline.
3. Rapid inhalation to prevent negative pressure
When the system suddenly stops pumping or generates negative pressure during drainage, the main exhaust port of the valve can instantly open to quickly suck in sufficient air, effectively preventing the pipeline from being sucked in, the interface from loosening, or the pump body from being damaged.
4. Reinforced structure and wide temperature applicability
The valve body and key components (such as floating balls and levers) are usually made of stainless steel, and high-temperature resistant materials (such as EPDM) can be selected as sealing components. The structure is sturdy and suitable for clean water, high-temperature condensed water, and industrial media with weak corrosiveness.
5. Anti clogging and easy to maintain design
There is a simple filter or streamlined design inside the main exhaust port to reduce the risk of debris intrusion; The upper cover is designed to be detachable for easy internal inspection, cleaning, and replacement of seals, making maintenance convenient.
