ZDLX electronic electric three-way diverging control valve is an industrial automation control valve consisting of an electronic electric actuator and a three-way diverging valve body. This valve integrates advanced servo control technology and does not require an additional servo amplifier, as it can directly receive 4-20mA DC or 1-5V DC standard analog signals from control systems such as PLC or DCS. The actuator converts electrical energy into linear displacement through a built-in electronic module, driving the valve stem to move the diverging valve plug accurately between the two seats. This proportionally distributes one inlet fluid into two outlet streams or diverts a portion of the fluid into a bypass. Due to its unique "one-inlet and two-outlet" structure, this valve is particularly suitable for heat exchanger bypass regulation or material flow distribution in industrial processes. It significantly simplifies pipeline design and serves as a core execution unit for achieving precise proportional distribution of industrial fluids

1.Electronic integrated drive:Equipped with an integrated electronic electric actuator with a built-in servo system and position feedback module, significantly simplifying system wiring and reducing space requirements without an external control box.
2.Efficient diverging control logic:The valve body features a structure with one inlet (Port C) and two outlets (Ports A and B). Through the displacement of the valve plug, the cross-sectional areas of the two outlets are adjusted synchronously to achieve proportional flow distribution with excellent linearity.
3.System redundancy optimization:A single three-way diverging valve can replace two single-seated control valves to perform distribution functions, reducing the number of pipeline branches and valves, which lowers initial investment and reduces pressure drop and leakage risks.
4.Anti-vibration design:Targeting fluid characteristics in diverging conditions, the valve plug utilizes special guiding and profile structures to effectively suppress turbulent fluctuations and vibrations generated during media distribution, ensuring stable operation.
5.Agile and precise response:The actuator features high resolution and a minimal dead zone, accurately capturing small signal changes and instantly adjusting the outlet flow ratio to ensure stable parameters in downstream processes.
6.Intelligent safety protection:The actuator includes overload, stall, and over-temperature protection. In the event of signal interruption or power failure, it can maintain a specific distribution ratio or move to a safety position based on preset process logic.
7.Material and environmental adaptability:Body materials include cast steel, stainless steel, and special alloys, compatible with hot/cold water, thermal oil, process gases, and various chemical media across petroleum, chemical, and textile sectors.
8.Easy maintenance and durability:The structural design is scientific, and main throttling components undergo hardening for high erosion resistance. The modular internal design allows for cleaning and seal replacement without removing the valve body, lowering maintenance costs.
