The YSP series pilot piston-type stainless steel high-pressure solenoid valve (nominal diameter ranging from DN15 to DN50) is a high-end fluid control device specially designed and developed for medium-to-high pressure and large-flow fluid automated pipeline control. As a core control executive element in large-bore industrial pipeline loops, this series features deep structural optimization targeting 50bar (5MPa) working pressure and large-bore working conditions. It focuses on solving common industry pain points under high-frequency switching, such as main seal erosion and wear, valve core jamming, and the tendency of traditional diaphragm structures to tear and fail under high pressure. The entire series comes standard with high-specification SS304 stainless steel bodies, utilizes advanced piston sealing assemblies, and offers two highly reliable interface types: G thread and NPT thread. It is widely used in medium-to-high pressure cleaning equipment, factory centralized gas supply systems, water treatment networks, hydraulic control base machines, and various gas and liquid automated control engineering.
This series of valves utilizes a pilot piston-type control mechanism and belongs to the normally closed automatic valve type. Its core advantage lies in the ingenious utilization of the medium's own pressure differential fluid dynamics to drive the large-bore main piston, thereby greatly reducing the power consumption of the electromagnetic coil. When the electromagnetic coil is de-energized, the pilot hole remains closed under the action of the return spring force. The medium enters the cavity above the main piston through the fluid channel, forming a balanced or top-high-bottom-low pressure distribution across the upper and lower ends of the piston. Under the combined sealing action of the main spring force and the medium system pressure, the piston assembly is tightly pressed against the main valve seat, achieving absolutely reliable, zero-leakage shut-off.
When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the customized coil instantly generates a strong electromagnetic attraction force that first opens the pilot hole. At this moment, the medium in the cavity above the main piston quickly relieves pressure to the outlet end through the pilot hole. Since the inlet end of the pipeline bears a system pressure of no less than 0.5bar, a distinct pressure differential is instantly formed between the upper and lower sides of the main piston. The upward thrust generated by this pressure differential directly overcomes the main spring resistance and the piston's dead weight, rapidly pushing the main piston upward. The main valve port is instantly fully opened, and the medium restores large-flow, unhindered passage. Once the coil is de-energized, the electromagnetic field disappears, the pilot hole closes at high speed, and pressure rebuilds above the main piston, driving the piston downward rapidly to reset and lock, completing a rapid and rigid cut-off cycle.

Pilot piston low-power structure, perfectly achieving a balance between large bore and 50bar pressure: Traditional direct-acting valves can hardly counteract 50bar pressure under large-bore (above DN15) conditions. The YSP series adopts a pilot piston mechanism, perfectly utilizing the fluid's own energy, so that it only needs to be configured with a conventional power consumption electromagnet to easily control large-diameter high-pressure media. This greatly reduces energy consumption during long-term operation while ensuring a large flow rate (high Cv value).
SS304 all-stainless steel piston structure, excellent yield resistance and anti-scouring performance: Targeting the scouring force and cavitation generated when 50bar medium-high pressure fluid flows through large-diameter valve ports, the entire series of valve bodies, pilot valve cores, and main piston assemblies are precisely manufactured from high-quality SS304 stainless steel. The stainless steel piston, paired with high-performance wear-resistant ring guiding, possesses extremely high yield strength and hardness, perfectly eliminating the common phenomenon in traditional large-bore valves where the valve cannot close tightly due to microscopic body deformation or piston jamming.
Heavy-duty piston assembly supplemented by composite seals, completely replacing easily damaged and torn diaphragm structures: Under the impact of 50bar pressure and DN15~50 large-bore conditions, traditional rubber diaphragms are highly prone to fatigue tearing. The YSP series adopts a rigid stainless steel piston structure throughout, and the main seal uses special hard composite materials, which can withstand high-frequency mechanical impacts and fluid shocks for a long time, significantly extending the product's service life and reducing maintenance costs.
High-precision industrial thread standards, ensuring absolutely long-lasting and safe system connection: The product provides G and NPT industrial commonly used threads. The thread processing accuracy reaches the micron level, capable of withstanding severe pipeline vibration and thermal expansion and contraction under 50bar pressure conditions. It achieves seamless original-position tightening with various domestic and overseas industrial pipe networks and pump stations, eliminating common hazards of interface bursting and micro-leakage.
