ZJM electric multi-stage pressure reducing cage control valve is a high-performance control unit specifically designed for harsh industrial conditions involving high pressure differentials, high flow velocities, and cavitation risks. The valve combines a high-precision electric actuator with a multi-stage throttling cage structure. By receiving 4-20mA DC or other standard control signals, the actuator drives the valve stem to adjust the position of the multi-stage cage plug. Its core principle lies in dissipating fluid kinetic energy through multiple stages of pressure reduction, effectively controlling the flow velocity at each stage. This prevents the occurrence of cavitation and flashing while significantly reducing aerodynamic and hydrodynamic noise. The ZJM series is an ideal choice for feed water bypass, steam drainage, and other high-pressure drop regulation systems in power plants, oil and gas, and chemical sectors.

This effectively lowers the flow velocity at each throttling stage, fundamentally eliminating cavitation damage and extending the service life of internal components under extreme pressure drops.
2.Superior noise reduction performance:The multi-stage pressure drop distribution avoids the sharp noise generated by single-stage high-velocity expansion. Compared to standard cage valves, it can reduce noise levels by 15 to 30 decibels, meeting strict industrial environmental standards.
3.Highly integrated intelligent drive:Equipped with an intelligent electronic electric actuator featuring built-in servo control. It supports non-intrusive calibration, fault diagnosis, and real-time position feedback, ensuring high precision and stability in the control loop.

6.Stable cage-guided structure:The large-area side-guiding design of the cage ensures precise axial alignment of the plug throughout its full stroke, effectively suppressing mechanical vibration and ensuring long-term stable performance under high loads.
7.Fail-safe logic and protection:The actuator includes built-in torque protection, thermal sensors, and stroke limit switches. It supports programmable fail-safe positions (such as fail-in-place, full open, or full close) upon control signal loss.
