The ZJHY pneumatic tank bottom discharge control valve is an industrial automation execution unit specifically designed for installation at the bottom of reactors, storage tanks, and various vessels for media discharge, unloading, and precise flow regulation. Integrating a high-performance multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator with a specialized tank-bottom valve body, its core design objective is the complete elimination of dead zones at the vessel outlet. By receiving standard 4-20mA signals from control systems, the actuator drives the stem to move the plug (available in either disc-upward opening into the tank or disc-downward opening into the valve) to achieve accurate proportional control. Since the seat is flush with the inner wall when closed, this valve is ideal for harsh process environments involving coking, high viscosity, and solid particles in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries.

1.Total elimination of discharge dead space:The body structure is optimized for bottom mounting, ensuring the disc remains virtually flush with the vessel's inner bottom wall in the closed position. This fundamentally prevents media accumulation, coking, or crystallization at the outlet.
2.Superior self-cleaning and erosion resistance:The streamlined flow path with a high discharge slope minimizes resistance. Upon opening, the powerful flush formed by the vessel's static pressure automatically cleans the sealing surfaces, preventing material buildup.
3.Precision pneumatic proportional control:Equipped with a compact multi-spring pneumatic actuator providing high thrust and sensitivity. Paired with a smart positioner, it offers excellent linear or equal percentage flow characteristics for stable process parameters.
4.Intrinsic safety and fail-safe protection:Driven by compressed air, it possesses natural explosion-proof attributes. Fail-safe modes (air-to-open or air-to-close) can be configured to ensure the valve resets to a safe position upon power air supply failure.
5.High temperature and pressure structural strength:Bodies are manufactured from premium cast steel, stainless steel, or corrosion-resistant alloys. Sealing surfaces are reinforced with Stellite hard-facing, ensuring long service life under high-pressure thermal cycles.
6.Vacuum and tight-seal performance:Precision-ground sealing pairs combined with high-performance packing maintain bubble-tight shut-off under high vacuum or high pressure differentials. The back-seat design protects packing from direct media contact.
