ZG electric diaphragm valve is an industrial automation execution unit consisting of a high-performance intelligent electric actuator and a streamlined diaphragm valve body. The valve receives standard 4-20mA DC analog signals or switch signals from control systems. It utilizes electrical energy to drive the actuator's thrust, creating precise displacement of the elastic diaphragm relative to the seat to regulate flow area or achieve tight shut-off in real-time. Because the diaphragm completely isolates internals like the stem and bonnet from the medium, and the flow path is smooth and dead-zone-free, this series is specifically suited for aggressive chemicals, viscous slurries, fluids with suspended solids, and process industries requiring extreme hygienic cleanliness.

1.Superior corrosion resistance:The body cavity can be fully lined with fluoroplastics (PFA/FEP) or high-performance rubber. Combined with chemically resistant synthetic diaphragms, it withstands almost all strong acids, alkalis, and oxidants except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine.
2.Zero-leakage sealing structure:The flexible diaphragm acts as both the closing and sealing element, completely eliminating the need for traditional stem packing. While providing bubble-tight shut-off, it forms an absolute external seal barrier, preventing any risk of external leakage at the stem.
3.Intelligent precision control:Equipped with an electronic electric actuator with an integrated servo system, supporting auto-calibration, position feedback, and self-diagnosis. Minimal dead zones and high sensitivity ensure continuous proportional regulation across the full stroke.

6.Comprehensive intelligent protection:The actuator features built-in electronic stroke limits, torque protection, and thermal protection. It supports fail-safe pre-setting (e.g., full open, full close, or fail-in-place) upon signal loss to ensure system safety.
7.Flexible material configuration:Body materials are available in cast iron, cast steel, or stainless steel. Diaphragm components can be flexibly matched with materials like EPDM or PTFE based on process temperature and medium characteristics.
8.Modular maintenance design:The structure is simple with few moving parts. Since the diaphragm is the only wearing part, its replacement is straightforward and does not require removing the entire valve from the pipeline, significantly reducing long-term O&M costs.
