ZJHT pneumatic diaphragm actuated diaphragm control valve is a precision fluid control unit utilizing a flexible membrane as both the closing and sealing element. It integrates a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator with a streamlined diaphragm valve body featuring a smooth, dead-zone-free flow path. By receiving standard 4-20mA DC signals from control systems, it uses compressed air to actuate the stem, pressing the elastic diaphragm against the weir to regulate or shut off flow. Because this unique design completely isolates the medium from the stem and actuator, the valve offers exceptional corrosion resistance and superior cleanliness. The ZJHT series is widely applied in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental, and ultrapure water industries, particularly for handling aggressive chemicals, high-viscosity slurries, and hygienic process media.

1. Superior corrosion resistance:The body cavity can be fully lined with various fluoroplastics (e.g., PFA, FEP) or high-performance elastomers. Combined with a corrosion-resistant synthetic diaphragm, it withstands almost all strong acids, alkalis, and oxidants.
