UPVC electric regulating ball valve is an industrial automation execution unit consisting of a high-performance intelligent electric actuator and a UPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) ball valve body. By receiving standard 4-20mA DC analog signals or switch signals from control systems, the actuator provides rotational torque to drive the ball within a 0-90 degree range. This enables real-time adjustment of the flow area for continuous proportional regulation of process parameters such as flow rate, pressure, and temperature. Due to the exceptional acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance of UPVC, this series is specifically designed for chemical dosing, industrial water treatment, electroplating, and general corrosive fluid networks, offering an economical anti-corrosion alternative to expensive stainless steel or alloy valves.

1. Superior chemical corrosion resistance:The main body is made of UPVC, which resists erosion from most acids, alkalis, salt solutions, and organic solvents. Its chemical stability exceeds common metals, making it ideal for long-term operation in humid, salt spray, and highly polluted environments.

3.High-precision proportional regulation:Equipped with an intelligent electronic actuator featuring a built-in servo feedback module. High resolution and a minimal dead zone allow for precise execution of minute signal compensations, ensuring stable process parameters.
4.Low flow resistance and self-cleaning:The smooth ball flow path provides a minimal resistance coefficient when fully open. The medium flows smoothly, and the natural wiping action during ball rotation prevents viscous media from accumulating or adhering to internal surfaces.
5.Intelligent integrated control:The highly integrated actuator supports non-intrusive field settings and self-diagnosis. Features include overload protection, stall alarms, and fail-safe logic (lock-up or reset upon signal loss) for seamless integration with BAS or PLC systems.
6.Excellent shut-off sealing performance:Utilizes high-precision balls and quality PTFE seats. Within the rated differential pressure range, it provides reliable sealing, achieving bubble-tight shut-off in the closed position, compliant with ANSI Class VI standards.
