Overview
The BJ45W insulation globe valve is a special valve with a jacket insulation structure. It drives the valve disc to move vertically along the center line of the valve seat through the valve stem, achieving reliable opening and closing of the pipeline and flow regulation. The core of its design lies in the external insulation jacket of the valve body, which can circulate heat media such as steam and thermal oil to ensure that the medium inside the valve maintains the required temperature during transportation, effectively preventing solidification, crystallization, or decreased fluidity. The key components of the valve are made of heat-resistant materials and designed with special sealing and structure to ensure long-term sealing and operational stability under insulation conditions. Valves are usually connected by flanges and firmly fixed to pipeline flanges with bolts. Valves can be driven by manual devices or matching electric/pneumatic devices to convert input force into linear motion of the valve disc, achieving smooth and reliable opening, closing, and regulating control. This valve is designed specifically for process pipeline systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food. It is particularly suitable for situations where the flow of the medium or process temperature needs to be maintained for easily condensable, high viscosity, and crystalline fluids.

1. Efficient insulation and anti condensation design: adopting an external jacket insulation structure, supporting the circulation of heat media such as steam and thermal oil, effectively maintaining the working temperature of the medium, preventing high viscosity, easy crystallization or easy solidification media from blocking inside the valve, and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the pipeline.
2. Excellent sealing and temperature resistance performance: The valve disc and seat sealing pair are made of high temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, which are precision ground and matched, combined with flexible sealing structure design. They can still maintain long-term tight sealing under high temperature and temperature fluctuation conditions, avoiding medium leakage.
3. Adapt to complex working conditions and media: The valve body and key components are made of temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant materials (such as WCB, 304, 316, etc.), which have high structural strength and can be used in high-temperature, corrosive or particulate containing media environments, with good adaptability to working conditions.
4. Stable operation and flexible adjustment: Supports manual, electric or pneumatic drive modes, with smooth valve stem movement and precise opening control, making it easy to cut off the medium and adjust the flow rate in the process flow, balancing reliability and operational convenience.

Compact structure and easy maintenance: adopting flange connection structure, easy installation; The jacket and valve body are designed independently, and the insulation system is isolated from the medium flow channel, which is convenient for maintenance and reduces heat loss, and improves energy utilization efficiency.
6. Safety, reliability, and system integration: Equipped with actuators with overload protection, temperature feedback, and other functions, supporting automation control and remote monitoring, and can be connected to the central control system to achieve intelligent start stop and operation status management, improving the overall safety of the system.
