The DJ41W low temperature globe valve is a type of globe valve specifically designed for low-temperature operating conditions. By rotating the handwheel, it drives the stem and disc to perform a vertical lifting motion along the centerline of the seat, achieving reliable opening and closing of the medium in the pipeline. Its core design feature is the adoption of an extended bonnet structure, which positions the stuffing box away from the low-temperature medium area, ensuring the packing operates at near-ambient temperature. This guarantees the valve maintains good sealing performance and operational reliability under low-temperature conditions. The valve's closure member is a plug-type disc, with sealing surfaces designed as flat or tapered surfaces. The disc moves linearly along the centerline of the fluid. The valve uses a flange connection, secured by bolts to the pipeline flange, offering a compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance. The stem movement type is typically the rising stem type (stem rises, handwheel does not rise), utilizing threaded transmission to convert rotational force into linear motion of the stem and disc, achieving stable and sensitive opening and closing control. This valve is suitable for management systems in low-temperature liquid storage and transportation equipment. It features flexible operation and reliable sealing, making it widely used in pipeline systems for low-temperature media such as liquefied natural gas, ethylene, liquid oxygen, and liquid nitrogen. Through precision grinding and pairing, combined with low-temperature elastic gaskets or self-energizing sealing design, it maintains good specific sealing pressure under low-temperature conditions, achieving tight shut-off and effectively preventing internal leakage of the medium.

4、Easy Operation, Intuitive Opening/Closing Indication: Rotating the handwheel drives the stem, utilizing threaded transmission for the stable lifting of the disc. The operating torque is low, and the opening/closing process is smooth. The lifting height of the stem directly indicates the valve opening degree, facilitating manual observation and control.
5、Low-Temperature Adapted Material, Durable and Economical: Main components are made of corrosion-resistant materials suitable for low-temperature conditions, such as LCB, LC3, and CF8. The structure is robust, ensuring a long service life. The overall design is simple with fewer potential failure points, making routine maintenance and seal replacement relatively convenient.
