DZZWP Electric Cryogenic Control Valve Overview
The DZZWP Electric Cryogenic Control Valve is a specialized control valve driven by an electric actuator, designed for precise flow regulation of ultra-low temperature media such as Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and liquid ethylene. The valve consists of an electric actuator and a low-temperature resistant single-seat control valve body.
It features a long-neck bonnet structure, which positions the stuffing box away from the cold zone, preventing the packing from freezing and the valve stem from seizing. The valve body is manufactured from low-temperature resistant stainless steel and undergoes deep cryogenic treatment to eliminate residual stresses, ensuring excellent low-temperature toughness and dimensional stability at temperatures as low as -196°C.The electric actuator is equipped with a built-in servo system and can directly receive standard control signals such as 4-20mA, eliminating the need for an external servo amplifier. This enables continuous and precise regulation of medium flow.This valve is widely used in air separation units, LNG terminals, petrochemical low-temperature installations, and industrial processes requiring automated temperature control.

1. Integrated Electric Control: The electric actuator features a built-in servo system that can directly receive standard control signals such as 4-20mA or 0-10V, eliminating the need for an external servo amplifier. This provides simple wiring and high control accuracy.
2. Extended Bonnet Anti-Freezing Design: The long-neck bonnet structure effectively lengthens the path for cold conduction, keeping the stuffing box in a higher temperature zone. This prevents the packing from freezing and the valve stem from seizing, ensuring flexible and reliable operation at cryogenic temperatures.
3. Ultra-Low Temperature Materials and Cryogenic Treatment: Key components such as the body, valve plug, and stem are manufactured from low-temperature resistant stainless steel materials like 304 and 316. They undergo deep cryogenic treatment to relieve stress, ensuring low-temperature toughness and dimensional stability at -196°C.
4. High Regulation Accuracy and Reliable Sealing: The valve plug utilizes a top-guided structure, suitable for applications with strict leakage requirements, low pressure differential across the valve, and media with certain viscosity or containing fibrous substances. It offers excellent sealing performance.5. Multiple Protection Functions: The actuator is equipped with various protection functions, including overload protection, temperature protection, and a compression spring to ensure tight valve shut-off, guaranteeing safe and reliable system operation.
