ZJHM compact pneumatic diaphragm cage-guided control valve is an industrial automation control unit consisting of a high-performance multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a compact pressure-balanced cage-style valve body. The valve receives standard analog signals such as 4-20mA DC from control systems (such as PLC, DCS). Through an electro-pneumatic valve positioner, it converts the control signals into pneumatic power, driving the multi-spring actuator to generate linear thrust, which moves the balanced valve plug within the cage vertically. Due to the pressure balance hole design of the valve plug, the fluid-induced unbalanced forces acting on the plug are effectively offset. This series of valves features excellent dynamic stability, high allowable pressure differential, low operating noise, and a compact, lightweight design. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, and power for automation control systems that demand high pressure drops, large flow rates, and high dynamic response.

1.Pressure-balanced valve plug structure:The valve plug is equipped with precision pressure balance holes, utilizing the medium's own pressure to offset the unbalanced force before and after the valve. This significantly reduces the driving force required by the actuator, allowing stable control of high-pressure differential fluids with a smaller actuator size.
2.Excellent dynamic stability:Utilizing cage side-guiding technology, the guiding surface is precise and uniformly stressed. This structure effectively suppresses vibration and high-frequency whistling generated by high-speed fluids passing through the throttling windows, maintaining stable regulation even under large pressure fluctuations.
3.Compact and lightweight design:Adopting integrated structural optimization and a multi-spring pneumatic actuator, the overall height and weight are significantly reduced (by approximately 30%) compared with traditional pneumatic control valves. This saves installation space and significantly reduces the mechanical load on the pipeline.
4.Superior noise and cavitation resistance:The throttling design of the cage window complies with fluid dynamics principles, effectively guiding the flow and dissipating kinetic energy in stages. Compared with single-seated valves, it offers better noise reduction and stronger cavitation resistance, extending the service life of internal components.
5.High-precision pneumatic drive:Equipped with a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator, providing large output thrust and excellent linearity. Combined with an intelligent valve positioner, it achieves minimal dead zones and high-precision repeatable positioning, ensuring stable and accurate process parameters.
6.Intrinsically safe and explosion-proof:Driven by an air source, the adjustment process involves no risk of electrical sparks, providing inherent safety attributes. It supports a choice of "air-to-open" or "air-to-close" types, automatically resetting to a safety position in the event of a power air source failure.
7.Wide material adaptability:Valve bodies are available in cast steel (WCB), stainless steel (CF8/CF8M), and high-temperature alloys. Cages and plugs can undergo surface hardening or Stellite overlay based on working conditions to handle steam, oil, and general corrosive media effectively.
8.Modular online rapid maintenance:Utilizing a top-pressed bonnet structure. Maintenance can be performed without removing the valve body from the pipeline by simply extracting the actuator and valve cover to achieve modular replacement of the cage, plug, and seals, significantly shortening maintenance downtime.
