The YSG series DC pulse type solenoid valve (nominal diameter ranging from DN15 to DN80) is a high-longevity, ultra-fast response control device specially designed and developed for automated fluid control of environmental baghouse dust collector pulse jet cleaning, agricultural spray irrigation, industrial high-frequency humidification, and instantaneous large-flow multi-phase fluid pipelines. As a core execution element in various fluid control networks and pulse jet cleaning control loops, this series features comprehensive flow channel optimization design targeting the conventional working pressure range from 0.3bar to 8bar (0.03-0.8MPa). It focuses on solving technical industry difficulties common in traditional solenoid valves, such as severe heat generation and high power consumption under long-term energized states, and vulnerability to body cracking or severe actuation response lag when enduring high-frequency instantaneous switching impacts. The valve body of this series innovatively utilizes industrial-grade high-strength reinforced nylon PA66 material (where the "SL" suffix represents specialized lightweight high-longevity versions), possessing outstanding characteristics against water hammer, mechanical vibration, and physical wear. Connection types cover G/NPT threads, high-standard flanges, and convenient unions, completely and seamlessly adapting to the diverse assembly sites of modern industrial and environmental systems.

This series of valves utilizes a DC pulse (also known as bistable latching type) actuation mechanism. Its core advantages lie in astonishingly ultra-low power consumption and high-frequency millisecond-level switching. Distinct from ordinary solenoid valves that require continuous electricity to maintain an open state, the DC pulse valve integrates high-performance magnetic latching components internally. When the control system (such as a pulse controller or PLC) transmits a millisecond-level forward DC electrical pulse signal (such as DC24V, lasting several milliseconds to dozens of milliseconds) to the solenoid valve coil, the moving iron core is rapidly attracted upward by magnetic force, opening the balanced pilot hole, and the main diaphragm (or main valve core) is instantly pushed open by high-pressure fluid, thoroughly opening the valve. Subsequently, even if the coil is completely de-energized, internal permanent magnetic materials can rigidly hold the iron core in the open position. Only when the system transmits a reverse DC electrical pulse signal to the coil again will the permanent magnetic field be neutralized, and the moving iron core rapidly resets and locks under the rigid drive of an ultra-strong main spring force, completely closing the main valve port. This bistable control structure perfectly avoids insulation aging risks caused by long-term coil heating, rendering actuation responses exceptionally crisp and clean.

Feature

Heavy-duty specialized electrical flameproof safety enclosure, certified by national authority explosion-proof testing: Core electrical parts of the ZCSB series are completely sealed inside a high-strength precision-cast metal flameproof chamber. Enclosure joint faces strictly execute precise flameproof gap and length control standards. Once an internal short circuit, overload, or electrical spark from switching induces an internal deflagration, the flameproof chamber can rigidly withstand the internal explosion pressure, and the jetted flame and high-heat gas are deeply cooled and extinguished through the precise flameproof gaps, absolutely unable to ignite inflammable and explosive gases, dust, or gas environments outside the valve body.

0 to 16bar ultra-wide full pressure bearing control range, realizing all-around stable switching of direct acting and semi-direct acting mechanisms: Distinct from ordinary solenoid valves with narrow working pressure ranges, this series can realize highly rigid and precise opening and closing from 0bar (zero pressure differential, gravity gravity-flow, no initial pressure) up to a 16bar high-pressure fluctuating state. Whether for low-pressure gas transmission, medium-pressure liquid circulation, or conventional 1.6MPa pipeline safety shut-off, actuation responses are consistently stabilized at millisecond levels.

Excellent multi-medium compatibility design, fully conquering high-pressure gases, liquids, steam, and oils below 20CST: Targeting characteristics on industrial sites where multiple media such as water, combustible gases, saturated steam, and low-viscosity light oils alternate circulation, the internal flow channel of the ZCSB series undergoes deep optimization against fluid shearing and grease accumulation. Sealing pairs can be customized with high-performance PTFE, Viton, or specialized wear-resistant composite elastomers according to specific media, perfectly overcoming steam temperature differences and oil viscosity resistance (less than or equal to 20CST) to ensure long-lasting zero internal leakage.

Large-bore up to DN200 heavy-walled robust valve body, seamlessly resisting external mechanical stress of harsh field pipelines: Product specifications feature a massive span (DN10 to 200). Stainless steel and cast iron flange versions have their load-bearing wall thicknesses designed strictly in accordance with high-pressure industrial pipeline standards, possessing an immense safety factor. Precise G/NPT thread interfaces engage tightly, and high-specification flange faces can perfectly absorb pipeline tensile or torsional stresses generated by thermal expansion and contraction due to site temperature differences, significantly enhancing continuous service life of equipment on inflammable and explosive production lines.
