Overview
The DSJ41H water seal globe valve is a special valve with a self sealing water seal structure, which drives the valve disc to move vertically along the center line of the valve seat through the valve stem, achieving reliable opening and closing and flow regulation of the pipeline. The core of its design lies in the presence of a water seal system inside the valve, which can form a stable liquid film sealing ring between the valve disc and the valve seat sealing pair by injecting specific pressure of clean water or softened water, thereby achieving excellent zero leakage sealing effect. The key components of the valve are made of corrosion-resistant and erosion resistant materials, and are designed with enhanced valve disc guidance and sealing surface structure to ensure absolute sealing and operational reliability under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, toxic and harmful, flammable and explosive. Valves are usually connected by flanges and firmly fixed to pipeline flanges with bolts. Valves can be driven by manual devices or matching electric/pneumatic devices to convert input force into direct motion of the valve disc, achieving smooth and reliable opening, closing, and regulating control. This valve is designed specifically for process pipeline systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power. It is particularly suitable for working conditions that require absolute cut-off and zero leakage of gas, natural gas, oil and gas, and other hazardous or valuable media.

1. Excellent zero leakage sealing: Adopting a unique water seal system design, a stable liquid film sealing ring is formed between the valve disc and the valve seat sealing pair by injecting clean water or softened water, achieving absolute cut-off and zero leakage sealing, especially suitable for toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive or valuable media.

Adapt to high pressure, high temperature, and harsh working conditions: The key components of the valve are made of high temperature resistant, erosion resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials (such as hard alloy or stainless steel), with high structural strength and special hardening treatment on the sealing surface, which can operate stably for a long time in high temperature, high pressure, and harsh media containing trace particles.
3. Self cleaning and safety protection: The water sealing medium can continuously flush the sealing surface while sealing to prevent scaling, crystallization, or particle deposition, and maintain the cleanliness of the sealing pair; The water seal system can also serve as an isolation barrier, effectively preventing the leakage of hazardous media and enhancing the intrinsic safety of the system.

Reliable operation and dual control: supports manual, electric or pneumatic drive, with excellent valve stem guidance structure and smooth movement; The water seal system can independently adjust the water pressure to form a sealing force that matches the medium pressure, ensuring reliable sealing of the valve during the opening and closing process and in the fully closed position.
5. Compact structure and easy maintenance: using standard flange connection, easy installation; The water seal chamber is designed independently of the medium flow channel, and there is no need to remove the valve from the pipeline as a whole when inspecting, injecting water, or replacing sealing components. Maintenance is simple and does not affect pipeline operation.
6. System integration and intelligent monitoring: The water seal pressure can be connected to the instrument system for real-time monitoring and alarm; Combined with intelligent actuators, remote monitoring and automatic interlocking control of valve status and water seal pressure can be achieved, which is easy to integrate into the automation management platform and improves process safety and reliability.
