The AH42F safety reflux valve is a composite valve that integrates safety relief and medium reflux functions. It is typically installed at the outlet of a pump or on pipelines requiring pressure protection. When the pipeline pressure exceeds the set safety value, the valve opens as a safety valve to relieve pressure. When the pump suddenly stops or the downstream pressure is higher than the upstream pressure, the valve can act as a check valve to allow limited reflux of the medium, preventing water hammer, system backflow, and pump reversal. The "F" in the valve model indicates that the valve seat sealing surface is directly machined from the valve body material. This valve simplifies pipeline design and provides integrated safety protection and hydraulic control for pumps and pressure systems. It is mainly installed in the outlet pipelines of centrifugal pumps, water supply systems, fire pump sets, irrigation systems, and industrial circulating water systems. It is used to prevent system overpressure, avoid the hazards of water hammer during pump shutdown, and prevent damage to the pump caused by medium backflow. It is a commonly used multifunctional protection valve in pump pipelines.

Features:
1. Lever and weight mechanism, with stable and intuitive pressure setting
By adjusting the position of the weight on the lever, the opening pressure can be directly and linearly set and locked. The set value is not affected by spring relaxation or temperature, exhibiting excellent long-term stability and low maintenance requirements.
2. Tungsten carbide seal (Type "Y")
The sealing surface between the valve disc and the valve seat is deposited with hard alloys such as Stellite, which boasts extremely high hardness, wear resistance, and high temperature resistance. It is suitable for harsh media such as steam and offers a long sealing life.
3. The structure is simple and sturdy, with strong anti-interference capability
It is mainly composed of a lever, a fulcrum, a heavy hammer, and a valve body and disc. The mechanical structure is simple and sturdy, insensitive to medium pollution and environmental vibration, and highly reliable.
4. High-capacity potential
The lever mechanism can drive the larger-sized valve disc to achieve a fully open action, providing a larger discharge area and relief capacity, suitable for high-flow discharge of steam and gas.
5. No external power required, intrinsically safe
It operates entirely based on gravity and lever principles, without requiring springs, air sources, or power sources. It is suitable for explosion-proof applications where there is no reliable power source or where intrinsic safety is required.
