The A48SH power plant high-temperature and high-pressure safety valve with radiator is a spring fully open safety valve designed specifically for power plant boilers and high-temperature and high-pressure steam systems. It effectively isolates the heat conduction of high-temperature media to the spring chamber through a built-in finned radiator, preventing the spring from relaxing and failing due to overheating. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the valve disc quickly opens to achieve high flow and rapid release; Automatically shut down after pressure recovery. This valve provides three material grades based on working temperature: C-type (≤ 425 ℃), I-type (≤ 510 ℃), and V-type (≤ 550 ℃). It serves as a key overpressure protection device to ensure the safe operation of power plant boilers and high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline systems. Superheaters, reheaters, main steam pipelines, steam drums, industrial boilers, waste heat boilers, and high-temperature and high-pressure steam systems used specifically for boilers in thermal power plants serve as the last protective device against system overpressure, ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of power plants and high-temperature and high-pressure systems.

Features:
1. Heat sink structure: Dense heat dissipation fins are installed between the valve cover and valve body, effectively reducing the temperature of the spring chamber and ensuring long-term stability of the set pressure.
2. Multiple material grades: C-type (WCB), I-type (ZG1Cr5Mo), V-type (ZG15Cr1Mo1V), to meet the requirements of different high-temperature working conditions.
3. Full opening large displacement: The valve disc has a large opening height and strong discharge capacity, suitable for rapid pressure relief of steam and other media.
4. Hard alloy sealing: The sealing surface is welded with heat-resistant alloy, which is wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, and erosion resistant, and the sealing is reliable.
5. Flange connection: Using standard flanges, it is perfectly compatible with the power station pipeline system and installed firmly and reliably.
6. Stable action performance: The spring is made of heat-resistant spring steel, which has good anti relaxation performance, small opening and closing pressure difference, and high repeatability.
