ZJHX pneumatic diaphragm three-way diverging control valve is an industrial automation control valve consisting of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a three-way diverging globe-style valve body. By receiving pneumatic signals from the control system (or standard signals converted via a positioner), the valve utilizes the thrust generated in the diaphragm chamber to drive the valve stem, moving the diverging plug accurately between two seats. Its unique one-inlet and two-outlet structural design is specifically used to distribute a single inlet fluid stream into two outlet paths in a set proportion or to divert fluid into a bypass system. Compared to electric control valves, the ZJHX model features sensitive action and rapid response, making it better suited for high-frequency regulation and environments with extreme safety requirements. In heat exchanger bypass control and industrial proportional distribution systems, a single pneumatic three-way diverging valve can effectively replace two coordinated single-seated control valves, significantly simplifying the process pipeline configuration and reducing potential leakage points.
