The UM41 manual regulating valve is an industrial control valve that relies on the manual rotation of a handwheel to adjust the clearance between the plug and seat, thereby achieving precise regulation of flow and pressure in a pipeline. Typically utilizing a straight-through or angle structure, the valve features a hydrodynamically designed regulating plug. As the handwheel turns, the stem moves linearly to continuously vary the flow area. Operating without external energy (electricity or air), the UM41 is ideal for local manual control of flow proportioning and system pressure balancing where frequent automated adjustment is not required. This series is widely used in water supply, steam, and oil pipelines across petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgical industries.
