The A62Y welded safety valve is an industrial safety valve featuring welded end connections and carbide sealing. Its valve body inlet and outlet ends are machined with standard welding grooves, allowing for direct butt welding with pipelines to form a permanent sealed connection. The valve adopts a "Y"-shaped carbide sealing surface, which exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. When the system pressure exceeds the preset setpoint, the valve automatically opens to release the medium and automatically reseats and closes after the pressure returns to normal. This valve is suitable for medium and high-pressure, high-temperature conditions that require high reliability and sealing performance in connections, and is a reliable alternative to flange connections. It is mainly used in petrochemical plants, power station auxiliary systems, industrial boiler pipelines, high-temperature and high-pressure heat exchange equipment, and other applications where leak prevention and secure connections are essential. It is particularly suitable for installation on medium and high-pressure relief pipelines where space is limited or stringent sealing requirements are imposed.

By adopting the butt welding connection method, the potential gasket leakage risk inherent in flange connections is eliminated. This connection boasts high strength and absolutely reliable sealing, making it suitable for applications involving vibration or thermal expansion and contraction.
