Overview

V230W01/02 self-operated temperature regulating valve is an energy-saving control valve that realizes automatic temperature control by directly utilizing the energy of the regulated medium itself without external energy sources (such as electricity or compressed air). The valve mainly consists of a temperature sensor (bulb), an actuator, a regulating valve body, and a capillary tube. It operates based on the physical principle of thermal expansion of the sensing liquid filled in the bulb. The temperature sensor converts detected temperature changes into pressure signals, which are transmitted through the capillary tube to the actuator to drive the valve stem displacement. This changes the flow area between the valve plug and seat, achieving precise regulation of the flow of heating media (such as steam or hot water) or cooling media. This series of valves is generally divided into two types: heating type (valve closes as temperature rises) and cooling type (valve opens as temperature rises), namely models V230W01 and V230W02. The valve body often adopts a pressure-balanced design to effectively offset unbalanced forces before and after the valve, maintaining high adjustment accuracy and stability even under fluctuating pressure conditions. During the control process, the system automatically performs dynamic feedback compensation according to the set temperature value to stabilize the target temperature within a determined range. V230W01/02 self-operated temperature regulating valve features a wide temperature control range, sensitive response, explosion-proof safety, and energy saving. It is widely used in fluid temperature automatic control systems in HVAC, water heating, heat exchange stations, as well as petroleum, chemical, and textile industries.

6.Durable and reliable materials:Valve bodies are available in cast steel (WCB) or stainless steel (CF8/CF8M). Internal parts undergo precision machining and heat treatment, offering resistance to high temperature and erosion for long-term continuous operation.
7.Intrinsic explosion-proof safety:As it involves no electrical signal transmission or electric actuators, the valve possesses inherent safety attributes, making it particularly suitable for automatic temperature control in flammable, explosive, and humid environments.
8.Simple and economical maintenance:The overall structure is compact with few moving parts, resulting in a low failure rate. The connection between the actuator and valve body is scientifically designed, requiring no special tools for disassembly and maintenance, which significantly reduces operating costs.
