V230Y11/12 self-operated differential (micro) pressure regulating valve is an energy-saving control valve that realizes automatic and precise adjustment of the pressure difference between two points in a pipeline by utilizing the energy of the regulated medium itself, requiring no external energy sources. The valve core is equipped with a high-performance dual-sensing actuator. Through two pressure-tapping pipes at the high-pressure and low-pressure ends, the differential pressure signal is simultaneously introduced into the pressure-sensing diaphragm chamber. This allows the medium pressure differential to generate precise thrust on the sensitive diaphragm, forming a dynamic force balance with the preset spring tension. The actuator drives the valve stem in a linear displacement according to minute fluctuations in the differential pressure, real-time changing the flow area between the valve plug and seat to achieve precise compensation and constant control of the system differential pressure. It is divided into the relief-bypass type (Y11, normally closed) where the valve opens as the differential pressure rises, and the pressure-stabilizing control type (Y12, normally open) where the valve closes as the differential pressure rises. The sealing pair can adopt soft sealing or hard sealing technology based on specific conditions, ensuring excellent adjustment accuracy and shut-off integrity under various pressure gradients. V230Y11/12 series differential pressure regulating valves feature compact structure, rapid response, wide differential pressure setting range, and intrinsic explosion-proof safety. They are widely used in central air-conditioning supply and return water balance systems, industrial pump group bypass protection, filter differential pressure monitoring, and various precision differential pressure balance and flow control systems in petroleum and chemical processes.

Feature

1.Energy-saving self-operated drive:Requires no electricity or air supply. It directly utilizes the pressure difference of the process medium as the power source to drive the actuator, saving energy and significantly reducing system automation and long-term operating costs.
2.Dual differential pressure control logic:Available in Y11 (opens on DP rise for relief bypass) and Y12 (closes on DP rise for DP balance/stabilization) forms to flexibly meet requirements for circulating pump bypass protection, filter DP balance, and various process DP controls.
3.Precision pressure-balanced structure:The valve plug adopts a pressure-balanced design (such as balanced bellows or piston structure) to effectively offset the unbalanced force generated by high-pressure end fluctuations, ensuring the set DP value remains constant even under severe fluctuations in total system pressure.
4.High-sensitivity dual-chamber sensing feedback:The actuator utilizes a dual pressure-sensing chamber design. Two sets of pressure-tapping lines capture signals from the high and low-pressure ends of the system simultaneously, achieving dynamic DP comparison on a precision large-area diaphragm with extremely agile response and high accuracy.
5.Precise and convenient DP setting:Equipped with high-performance adjustment springs and fine-tuning nuts, allowing users to flexibly preset target DP values within a wide range. The adjustment process is smooth and linear, making field commissioning intuitive and efficient.
6.Excellent sealing integrity:Soft sealing for bubble-tight shut-off or precision-ground hard sealing structures can be selected based on media characteristics, ensuring high shut-off performance when the valve closes at the predetermined DP, effectively protecting system efficiency and energy consumption.
7.Intrinsic explosion-proof safety:The entire adjustment process relies completely on mechanical physical actions without any electrical signal transmission. It possesses inherent safety attributes, particularly suitable for harsh industrial environments such as petroleum, natural gas, and other flammable or explosive conditions.
8.Modular maintenance and long-term operation:The overall structure is compact. Actuators and valve bodies are connected using scientific modular methods. Key internals and sensing diaphragms can be replaced without complex specialized tools, significantly shortening system maintenance cycles.
