The ZT self-operated electronically controlled temperature regulating valve is an automated fluid control unit integrating a high-precision Pt100 temperature sensor, an intelligent electronic controller, and an electric actuator. The valve eliminates the need for external DCS or PLC systems; it monitors the controlled medium's temperature via its own sensor and feeds data to the microprocessor inside the intelligent actuator. The actuator performs PID calculations based on the preset temperature and drives the valve stem for linear displacement, accurately regulating the flow of heating media (steam, hot water) or cooling media. Available in heating (closes on temperature rise) and cooling (opens on temperature rise) types, this series is widely used in heat exchange stations, domestic hot water systems, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and various heat exchangers in chemical processes.

4.Durable valve body construction:Body materials available in cast steel or stainless steel, with internals made of hardened stainless steel. It offers excellent resistance to erosion and high temperatures for long-term stable operation in harsh thermal cycles.
5.Pressure-balanced structure:The valve plug typically adopts a pressure-balanced design to offset unbalanced forces from the media pressure differential. This allows smaller actuators to handle high-pressure fluids, ensuring a smooth regulation process.
6.Real-time monitoring and diagnosis:The actuator features an LED or LCD screen to display current temperature, set point, and valve position. It includes protection against sensor disconnection, motor stall alarms, and power-off memory for parameters.
7.Intrinsic safety and electrical protection:The actuator has a high protection rating and built-in thermal protection switches and electrical limits. In case of abnormal temperature rise, it can execute a safety reset based on presets.
8.Ease of maintenance and long life:Compact design with few moving parts leads to minimal mechanical wear. The top-entry design allows for internal maintenance without removing the valve from the line, lowering O&M costs.
