The YP21X Micro Air Release Valve is a compact automatic venting device designed specifically for data center liquid cooling modules, server cold plates, and Cooling Distribution Units (CDU). During the circulation of the liquid cooling system, small amounts of accumulated air can create air locks, reducing heat exchange efficiency and causing pump cavitation. Featuring a lever-float mechanism, this valve senses fluid level changes in real-time, automatically discharging micro-bubbles under system operating pressure and closing tightly when liquid reaches the port, ensuring the cooling loop remains fully filled with liquid.
