The PWQ947F dynamic high-performance balancing valve is a high-end hydronic control valve that integrates motorized continuous modulation with dynamic pressure compensation capabilities. It is tailor-made for modern intelligent data center liquid cooling systems (such as Coolant Distribution Units - CDUs), super high-rise HVAC variable-flow water systems, smart microelectronics, and biopharmaceutical piping networks. Adopting a flanged connection profile, the valve incorporates an advanced pressure-balanced trim internally, which automatically neutralizes the impact of dynamic system differential pressure fluctuations on the flow, making the output flow rate purely dependent on the input control signal. Coupled with a high-precision smart electric actuator, it accepts 4-20mA, 0-10V analog signals, or Modbus bus communication to deliver precise linear or equal-percentage flow control across the full stroke, perfectly eliminating dynamic hydronic imbalance. it not only fulfills the strict requirements of variable-flow precision regulation and low pressure drop but also provides a bubble-tight complete shutoff function, delivering a perfect 2-in-1 integration of regulation and isolation for smart, energy-efficient green networks.

1 . Dynamic Pressure Compensation & Anti-Interference: The valve features an internal pressure-balanced mechanism that self-adapts to counteract dynamic pressure fluctuations caused by the opening/closing of other branches. It locks the preset flow rate regardless of grid pressure shifts, entirely preventing hydronic cross-interference.

2 . Precision Motorized Linear Regulation: Equipped with a smart electric actuator supporting standard analog and digital bus controls, the relative flow rate exhibits an excellent equal-percentage or linear characteristic curve against the input signal. The streamlined flow path without dead zones ensures exceptionally high regulation accuracy.

Resilient Bubble-Tight Complete Shutoff: Utilizing a high-density PTFE soft seal, this valve breaks through the structural limitations of conventional regulating or balancing valves that fail to close tightly.
